Events indicate to me that both Wray and Haspel were compromise candidates. In 2017 Trump needed the FBI and CIA to stop and help expose the Obama-Brennan-Clapper-Comey bureaucratic coup, andTrump didn’t have time, trustworthy people or Intelligence Community experience to go to war with their corrupt bureaucracies. So these acceptable insiders were chosen. WHEN Trump wins, I hope both will be fired.

I don’t really have much of a problem with what he said. I don’t know the significance of the arms agreements that he mentions, though.
He is right in much of what he says. Blacks are a solid block for the Democrats. It hasn’t helped them because, as Putin said, the idea of equality is nice, but it doesn’t lend itself to forced implementation at the heavy hand of government. He may be expressing a cynical recognition that both the Soviets and the Democrats use such “nice” ideas to seize power and hold it, without any realistic hope of bringing them to reality.
It’s still a pretty funny comment and he knew what he was doing :)

Probably every country is to some extent an olycharchy, including ours.
Our olygarchy is the deep state and their corporate sponsors and benefactors.
Seems like that is what every government eventually becomes - it’s sort of the the default natural state of governance where might makes right, where sutvival of the fittest is the rule.
And they can survive a long time provided they don’t get too arrogant and fail to keep the masses reasonably content and pacified.
