Looks like a good decision that protects Chauvnin's rights while assuring he'll make it to trial without being murdered on the way.

When he’s cleared, and he will be, he’ll have to move to the next galaxy for safety.

From what I know...which might not be much...I *might* be willing to vote guilty for him on some charge that had the word "negligent" in it...IOW,something that could result in a year in jail. But nothing more than that.

As far as the others...not guilty on all charges.

One could reasonably wonder if Keith Ellison has dreams of being AG under President Joe "Molester" Biden.

I particularly admire the court for allowing him to relocate to a contiguous state and not disclosing his location.

>> a rally cry for police brutality around the country.

... where the video did not convey the reality of the situation.

The LEOs should have forced Floyd into the back of the patrol car where he would have overdosed regardless.

My initial reaction to the video was possible manslaughter, but as the facts came out, we learned more than the video conveyed.

Too bad cities were destroyed and lives taken for the reckless narrative the MSM was more than happy to exploit.

Keith Ellison was placed in his position because he’s a good soldier for the democrats, and he’ll follow all of Obama’s orders if the election is close in Minnesota.

Of course, since the time of Ellison’s election, the democrats seem to have gone radical, insane, socialist and he may no longer be needed.

George Floyd died of a self-inflicted fentanyl overdose when he swallowed the drug-dealing evidence.

Have extensive plastic surgery and move to a different state. Too many of the crazies will never leave Chauvin alone.

George Floyd died of a self-inflicted fentanyl overdose when he swallowed the drug-dealing evidence.

Nowhere is that stated in your article. Indeed,

A memorandum filed by the Hennepin County Attorney’s office on June 1 indicated that chief medical examiner Dr. Andrew Baker, who listed Floyd’s death as a homicide, thought the amount of fentanyl in Floyd’s blood was “pretty high” and could be “a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances.”

“[Dr. Baker] said that if Mr. Floyd had been found dead in his home (or anywhere else) and there were no other contributing factors he would conclude that it was an overdose death,” the memo said.

According to another memo on June 1, Dr. Baker told investigators that while Floyd had a high amount of fentanyl in his system, he was “not saying this killed him.”

...

Baker listed in his autopsy that Floyd's death was the result of a “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.” Other significant conditions were listed as “arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl intoxication; recent methamphetamine use.”

A federal evaluation performed by the Office of the Armed Forces medical examiner agreed with Baker’s findings that Floyd’s heart stopped while cops were restraining him.

“His death was caused by the police subdual and restraint in the setting of severe hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, and methamphetamine and fentanyl intoxication,” officials from the Office of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner wrote. “The subdual and restraint had elements of positional and mechanical asphyxiation. … We concur with the reported manner of death of homicide.”

Hundreds of well-disciplined police handle hopped-up perps every day. They manage to do their job, i.e. restrain the bad guy without killing him. This dope couldn't do what his peers do all the time.

Chauvin was incompetent (maybe negligent). That doesn't justify looting and mayhem etc. But the crimes of the left don't free Chauvin of the result of his poor policing skills.

He also said there was no indication of trauma to Floyd’s throat:

Furthermore the hold the officer used was straight out of the departments manual:

Can he leave the country? That’s probably his best bet to remain alive.

“””The LEOs should have forced Floyd into the back of the patrol car where he would have overdosed regardless.”””

Policy and procedure is to get him on the ground, face down, and keep him still until the ambulance arrives.

They followed procedure.

Saint Floyd died in the hospital several hours later due to drugs.
