‘Let me help you, Mrs. Ferraro’: The first time a VP debated a woman, it did not go well
washingtonpost ^ | 10/07/2020 | Gillian Brockell

Vice President George H.W. Bush appeared “buoyant,” The Washington Post reported. It was the day after the 1984 vice-presidential debate, and most political strategists thought he had won it.

Now he was back on the campaign trail, meeting with longshoremen in New Jersey. He told one he had tried to “kick a little ass” at the debate.

A few hours later, a reporter who had caught his boast on a hot mic had a question.

“Did you say you kicked Geraldine Ferraro’s ass last night?”

I guess the Palin factor is irrelevant despite the malicious MSM that kicked her ass for years.

WashPoo wasn’t less sensitive to the treatment Sarah Palin.

The WashPoo is even insensitive to the treatment Sarah Palin got from their sacred Republican John McCain.

Not to mention Creepy Joe’s snide and snarky treatment of Palin, at THEIR VP debate.

Sarah fricasseed Joe, nonetheless.

The first time a VP debated a woman, it did not go well. . .

Lemme think. Who won that election? Oh, that's right, Reagan and Bush. And not only did they actually carry New York State, Mrs. Ferraro--who represented a Congressional district in the borough of Queens, in New York City--and the hapless Dukakis did not carry Queens.

I'd say kicking a little a** and talking about it didn't go badly at all.

Bush did kick her ass. That debate wasn’t close. Neither was Pence vs. Harris. I think Bush actually said “kick a little tail” or something equally cringe. Feminism is cultural poison.

Harris: “Blah blah blah.”

Pence: “Actually, I disagree with that.”

Feminists: “Sexist Mansplaining!! WAHHHHHHH!!!!”

These people.

OK, either you ladies want to be treated as equals, or treated as delicate wall flowers. You can’t have it both ways.

What purpose does this article serve? I think we know the answer. The Washington Compost is doing their best to brand Republicans as nasty. Well, two can play that game. Feminist bitches like Geraldine Ferraro love killing unborn babies. They are vile ugly people that lack so much compassion that they are willing to murder the innocent. They want to act like men so they strip away God's gift of femininity and in the process abuse children, particularly little girls, by brainwashing them into something they are not. It leads to lifelong unhappiness.

Feminists want to be treated like men, and since they are leftist pieces of schiff, they need their asses kicked just like any man.

The Democrats are all about treating the genders as equals...equal pay, equal status, equal responsibility, equal rights...yet they get bent out of shape, and play the victim card when a female political candidate is treated as an equal. I remember when Hillary was running for Senator of New York, and the media jumped on Rick Lazio, claiming he “invaded her space” when he walked over to her podium and handed her a form to sign, which was a pledge to forgo all so-called “soft money” for the duration of the campaign. His actions were labeled as bullying, and chauvinistic. Of course they were no such thing, but the media had a field day.

Actually they did win Queens County 53% to 46%. It was just one of seven counties carried by Mondale.

Completely agree. As a woman, I have thought that for years. I am all for equality and a woman should not expect “special treatment”. However, basic good manners should be the standard.

Say what you want about Ferraro, but you can’t say she git where she did on her back and/or her knees.

‘Rats can’t seem to find any other kind of nominee lately.

Dem femmes should feel insulted beyond belief.
