The clip is unclear. Trump is talking about the 33,000 emails, then Pompeo says we’ve got them, but doesn’t mention the 33,000. He might be talking about just the classified emails.

Even if they don’t charge you with the crime for which you are being investigated, they will charge you with tampering with evidence. You are not Hillary Clinton.

There is about zero chance that Obama and Biden ARE NOT mentioned in the emails.
Destroying evidence is a big legal problem no matter what jurisdiction. Or supposed to be.

Hillary was behind the Democratic moves to prevent Trumps election and then the deep-state Trump haters continued on after the election.
Trump by instructing that all emails be declassified wants his name to be cleared by exposing all the traitors.
