I recently viewed a video on Huawei and the Chinese state and I can't see how they wouldn't be well connected , China's surveillance on the caged city of Ughers is stunning, right down to having a bar code on your home. With Chinese goals for technology to surpass all others they wouldn't be investing as they are if they weren't also planning on surveillance of the world. A good part of their plan is exporting what they have to other nations.
