The Department of Justice has sued Yale University for race and national origin discrimination in undergraduate admissions. The DOJ alleges that Yales discrimination imposes undue and unlawful penalties on racially-disfavored applicants, in particular most Asian and White applicants.
According to the complaint, Yale engages in racial balancing by, among other things, keeping the annual percentage of African-American admitted applicants to within one percentage point of the previous years admitted class as reflected in U.S. Department of Education data. The complaint alleges similar racial balancing with regard to Asian-American applicants. It also alleges that Yale injures applicants and students because its race discrimination relies upon and reinforces damaging race-based stereotypes, including such stereotypes against Yales racially-favored applicants.
Illegal race discrimination by colleges and universities must end. This nations highest ideals include the notion that we are all equal under the law.
All persons who apply for admission to colleges and universities should expect and know that they will be judged by their character, talents, and achievements and not the color of their skin. To do otherwise is to permit our institutions to foster stereotypes, bitterness, and division.

And didn’t a Yale administrator state recently that Yale as an institution was riddled with systemic racism? Hoist on their own petard.
Don’t forget Penn State!
Theyre gonna have to take Elis name off the place.
Finally, we see these Stalinist universities get their just desserts. I filed a lawsuit against FSU over their wrongful mistreatment and discrimination toward me as a Veteran. We settled out of court, and the lawsuit was well worth it. We The People should continue to sue these liars and losers at the universities for their racist and discrimination practices against whites. Its the only way to bring light upon their evil ways.
Quite right. You'll never end discrimination by discriminating.
It was Princeton...so now this makes at least two. I hope they go after all the institutions that have "humblebragged" that they were racist.
On their petard indeed!
