House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made a dramatic announcement during her weekly press conference Thursday by telling reporters that she intends to discuss a constitutional measure to remove President Trump from office, following questions regarding Trump's health as he recovers from coronavirus.

An honest question: how did Pelosi get over the obvious failing brain symptoms she showed last year. “I refuse to go into that White House and meet with President Bush again.”
And dozens of funny or sad times when she lost her train of thought in mid-sentence or said nonsensical words in others.

Section 4Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
Hmmmm. Unless Nancy is looking at an alternate Constitution, she has no role at all. Congress, both houses, aren't involved unless the President is removed by the executive branch then resumes the office by virtue of his own judgement, at which point the Congress has 3 weeks to take it up. Even if they are locked down.

25th is well designed for a true disability such as a stroke, etc. It is purposely designed to not be easy to use as an ersatz impeachment. It’s much tougher.

Pelosi is just running a diversion to take the spotlight off of spending bill issues. She knows public sentiment has shifted to favor Republicans.
Pelosi’s job is to undermine the GOP...in fact, the Speaker is undermining the American People. Perhaps Ms. Pelosi should have her health checked, she doesn’t look at all well.....
