Louisville Metro Police Department has released the contents of its internal investigation following the death of Breonna Taylor.
The investigation was done by LMPDs Public Integrity Unit, which conducts investigations of department members, including all officer-involved shootings.
The file was made available on LMPD's website. It contains a lot and we will continue to provide more summary as we sift through each document. There are 4,470 pages in all:

Anyone hear the rumor that the boyfriend used Breona as a shield while he fired at the cops?
This rumor sits out there. Either she was a momentary shield, or in the heat of the moment, she just walked into the middle of things.
On the other side of this....a whole debate is opening up about raids, how they are conducted, and if it’s better to just ‘catch’ the guy at his car instead.
