Some people think that the HAARP array in Alaska (as well as others worldwide) can be used to affect weather patterns and trigger earthquakes by bouncing beams of energy off of the ionosphere. Whether this theory is bunk or truth, who knows?

I was actually referring to buildings. Once they’re up, they’re up. Regardless, even a retrofitted bridge is going to suffer some damage if the quake is strong enough.

BACKGROUND: Folks here likely know Dutchsinse (aka Michael Jannitch [sp]) does earthquake forecasting (vs. “predicting”) and has a very sound methodology based on natural movements of (seismic + other) energy. One of his more recent observations has involved the fires in California and noticing - possibly not a coincidence - there are hot spots which break out in areas where there is then seismic activity reported and, in some cases, fires in nearby area(s) as well. The question arises - do areas under seismic stress release heat signatures and is such release, once detected, useful to project whether there may be (further) earthquake(s) in such areas ... and whether such could also be one of the cause(s) of fire(s) still under investigation.
THEN ... a few weeks ago ... he was monitoring such a case on the west coast when he noticed - online with viewers, etc., there was a BEAM being projected to these area(s) ... WHOAH! DIRECT ENERGY WEAPONS? Did the Deep State get themselves some satellites or something? Dr. Evil? Soros? China? RUSSIA? Iran? CRAZY! But it was there - inexplicable.
NOW: this new video just made by Dutchsinse in which he shows - using US Government official infra-red satellite feeds - BEAMS AGAIN! This time focused on hot spots breaking out around the New Madrid Seismic Zone. CLEAR AS DAY. The “New Madrid” is actually a much greater threat than something in California IMO because the structures in the midwest were not built to withstand earthquakes and the greatest earthquake blow to the US in history was on the New Madrid.
Anyway ... this is most puzzling. TBD + Maranatha :)
And home owner insurance does not typically cover earthquakes. Anyone owning a home in the Midwest should get added earthquake coverage. It’s pretty inexpensive.
Well the Cascadia fault is roughly due and, IIRC, is the only US fault system capable of a 9+. San Andreas is a piker by comparison. I don't recall whether it extends far enough south to take out both Seattle and Portland. If so, it could turn two states red, the hardest way.
