Swarm of Hotspots popping up on New Madrid seismic zone. Also hot spots on Wabash seismic zone. DEW (directed energy weapon) pointed at the New Madrid zone. Also examines some hot spots in NY and IL. Issued a watch for the New Madrid for the next 7 days.
Says the DEW signature can either be a HOAX in the official government data, or a mistake or the real thing.
Says a mistake is kind of ruled out by the presense of the hot spots in the same location. Leaving hoax or the real thing.

IIRC, the last major quake in the New madrid Zone was a doozy.
1811 or so, I think.
Given how much that area has grown since then, I’d hate to think of how bad the damage would be from a similar quake now.

Many major energy pipeline—especially NG—which supply the Great Lake cities and upper midwest pass through there.

Obviously it means the great Yellowstone Caldera is about to blow wiping out 75% of life in the United States. The good news is the ash cloud will land on LA, San Fran, Chicago, New York, Portland, Seattle, and Washington.

They say that the 1811 quake was so strong, it caused church bells to ring in Boston. Now that's an earthquake. Because the New Madrid fault has had so much human activity built up on it since then, they say that the potential damage and loss of life could be even worse than an equally strong San Andreas quake. One reason being, there aren't building codes in force to mitigate the damage the way California has done it. Score one for Cali for a change.
