Raleigh, N.C. – A federal judge granted a temporary restraining order Saturday against North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein’s secretive absentee ballot scheme struck with Gov. Roy Cooper’s Board of Elections and his former campaign attorney, in a case in which state House Speaker Tim Moore (R-Cleveland) is the lead plaintiff.
In a ruling siding with voters and state lawmakers while transferring their case to other litigation, U.S. District Court Judge James Dever said the plaintiffs’ motion for a temporary restraining order is “in the public interest.”
“The NCSBOE inequitably and materially upset the electoral status quo in the middle of an election by issuing the memoranda and giving the memoranda legal effect,” the court said.
“The public has a distinct interest in ensuring that plaintiffs’ voting rights under the Constitution are secure.”
Speaker Moore said the ruling, which followed a scathing rebuke of the DOJ’s scheme by Judge William Osteen in a separate federal court this week, served justice to North Carolina voters wronged by a secretive scheme struck by Attorney General Stein and Gov. Roy Cooper with national Democratic Party leaders.

Here is the story from Friday Oct. 2. Two Federal judges slammed this state judge's action wit Marc Elias and Dem Gov. Roy Cooper contriving in secret the "mail in ballot" scheme that would require no request (absentee) or any witnesses. Scum Marc Elias (familiar to Trump people from 2016 and hitlery's multiple frauds).
Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Forest (architect and conservative) running against Cooper asked several Federal judges to examine this secret scheme. The reference to DOJ in the articles is about the NC DOJ headed by one demonrat NC AG Josh Stein. Republican Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives, Tim Moore! MAGA!

Didn’t the scheme also extend the time after election in which to receive mail in ballots?
Talk to Speaker Moore’s writer about it. The sentence reads perfectly well if you pay attention to the comma.
It is a case in which the Lead Plaintiff is the Speaker of the NC House of Representatives. And two Federal judges slapped this scheme down, using grammatically correct Federal Court Orders.
That has been Marc Elias’s dirty modus operandi in other states. The point is— that these NC Federal Judges communicate this ruling throughout the country-— equal treatment under the law requires similar treatment within the Federal judiciary. IOW one state may not extend election times vs. any other state in a Federal election (Presidential).

The comma is incorrect. The writer realized there was something wrong: the phrase starting “in a case ...” modifies the noun “order,” way back near the beginning. He tried to fix it with the comma, because he needed a breath, but he really needed to rearrange the whole sentence.
