White House physician Sean Conley released an updated regarding President Trump's COVID-19 treatment Saturday night at Walter Reed hospital, stating that the president received a second dose of Remdesivir "without complications."The doctor added that while he was cautiously optimistic about Trump's recovery, the president is "not yet out of the woods." "President Trump continues to do well, having made substantial progress since diagnosis," Conley said, according to memorandum tweeted by White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany."This evening he completed his second dose of Remdesivir, without complication. He remains fever free and off supplemental oxygen with a saturation level between 96 and 98% all day."
The update follows a briefing Conley gave Saturday morning where the physician said that the president was doing "very well", and described Trump's symptoms of a mild cough, congestion and fatigue as improving.However, directly following Conley's update to reporters, his rosier comments about the president's health status were undercut by an official who described the president's condition as "concerning."

Well I went ahead and clicked on The Hill, and the "anonymous official" is just the same one that AP was citing earlier, which was totally ridiculous.
I think “under 70” meant under the age of 70. I am going to guess the Sat’s are in the low-to-mid 90s for the poster.
I think he means 70 years old.

70% Saturation level: Maybe they mistyped-or are using the cheapy oximeters which give false lows,
COPD often causes Hypoxemia , low oxygen saturation and that is often in 80s and certainly a co-morbidity
But President Trump’s is very good right now
I believe he was saying that he is well under 70 years old.
