'The City of Cleveland is aware of positive cases of COVID-19 following the Sept. 29 presidential debate,' the city said in a statement.

'In total, at this time, we are aware of 11 cases stemming from pre-debate planning and set-up, with the majority of cases occurring among out of state residents.'

“Pelosi has publicly said that Trump is leaving one way or another.“

What a silly idea - that this non-deadly virus would be used to attempt an assassination!

Covid has been passed around everywhere for over half a year and has killed less than .0032% of the population. That’s about one in 30k! And even then it would only work if the person was already very sick!

What a stupid way of trying to kill someone!

Plus, after you recover from your cold symptoms, you are self-vaccinated! Your would-be assassin just made you immune!

I would recommend that any such would-be assassin not quit their day job.

“A good journalist would say he supposed that the President and crew were tested Tuesday morning by their doctors.”

Well, that’s just it: Chris Wallace is not a good journalist. Hell, he’s no kind of journalist; he is a propagandist.

“It’s criminal what the media has done.”

Well, that’s because the media are a criminal enterprise.

He has Achalasia and had the Heller’s Myotomy done in February at Vanderbilt. He also has high BP and other issues so he’s been terrified of this virus. His doctor at Vanderbilt told him not to even think about going out around people without his mask and that really scared him. He mostly stays home like I do but even though I’m in the vulnerable group with my asthma I do everything that involves going out. Both of my doctors, my primary care and my pulmonary specialist, have told me to stay home but if I must go out around people to wear a mask and use sanitizer. I only wear the mask if I have to be in a large crowd. I keep the vehicles full of gas, go to the store, etc. when required but I mostly do curb side pickup on things like groceries or I shop online. He only goes out to go to the doctor but he goes in a mask and gloves. I told him to drop the gloves but he won’t listen.

Even though I’m 65 with asthma, I mostly try not to bring it home to him.

I think I had it in March anyway but since I wasn’t running a fever they wouldn’t test me. I had most of the symptoms except for the fever. My doctor prescribed steroids, two prescription cough meds, a Z-Pak, an inhaler, Tylenol for the headache, and told me to take Famotidine or something similar for the extreme stomach pains. It took about two months but I eventually got over it. I stayed away from him as much as I could. He only had a cough and a low fever.

Since we don’t know if we had it or not we still do all of the doctor recommended precautions.

I agree that most people don’t need a mask, it should never be forced, but if your doctor says do it you do it.

“I too see them, sometimes also with rubber gloves and safety glasses, alone in the car”

Some people feel like they are being smothered when they wear a mask. I does not bother me at all. There have been a few occasions where I left the store, put my stuff in the car and drove off without thinking to take my mask off. It doesn’t mean I am paranoid about covid.

“And that she has many quivers in her bow.”

That doesn’t make any sense. One can have arrows in the quiver, or even arrows on the bow; but there is no way in hell that one can have a quiver (much less many quivers) in a bow (well, unless by “bow” she means a tied ribbon).

But, Nasty Pelosi has never really made any sense.

"One of the dumber things on the enemedia is people being ejected from the Big Brother house. Julie Chen tells them they are leaving the “Big Brother bubble” so THEY have to put on a mask but Julie Chen doesn’t. It’s so fake but they have to virtue signal the mask thing."

This is the next step in the evolution of the mask policy. The elites won't have to wear a mask anymore, but the masses, the filthy rabble, they will have to wear a mask everywhere they go.

Who decides who gets to be part of the elite? The elite will decide that... now put your mask back on, slave!

Wallace arrived in Cleveland on Sunday, in time to be tested. ‘They couldn’t be tested by the clinic,’ Wallace said. ‘They didn’t arrive until Tuesday afternoon. So for them to get tested, there wouldn’t have been enough time to have the test and have the debate at 9 that night. They didn’t show up until 3, 4, 5 in the afternoon.’ ***

So why didn't they get tested using that new rapid test the Admiral demonstrated at a presser a couple of days ago ???? Results in 15 minutes he said. Surely for the Presidental debate, some of those could have been made available.......

These masks prevent the droplets coming from your mouth and nose.

If everyone wears a mask, there are fewer droplets floating around, so the likelihood of transmission is reduced significantly.

But the reduction is not anywhere near 100%. It is more in the 25-50% range.

If people are touching stuff or in close proximity, the number is still high.

I agree that it probably won’t kill any of them but it could slow down the Barrett confirmation, stop the last two debates, and promote more vote by mail. They are getting desperate at this point and have made too many threats not to consider it.

I see no reason why the ACB confirmation cannot proceed in a timely manner. Can’t the Senate learn to work remotely, and vote remotely? The hearings can be held on Zoom.

Isn’t there some rule about having to vote in person? If enough Republican senators are home sick can they still vote? The hearings can be done on Zoom but I’m not sure about the voting. Those that are sick now should be able to vote in person. If any get sick a few days prior to the vote I’m not sure they can vote.

It’s Dem logic. We all know how stupid and desperate they are. Didn’t I just read that Schumer is already trying to get it cancelled because of this?
