I think it was CNN that said stupid things about the amount of their settlement with Sandmann. I have no idea if that will actually bite CNN. But as Sandmann likely negotiates new settlements with these additional media outlets, I’m thinking the amounts will be larger and the non-disclosure agreements will be tighter. I’m glad this kid will come out on top.

I never get tire of hearing about leftist organizations hemorrhaging money.

I just hope Sandmann isn’t settling for peanuts or the mere cost of further litigation.
If it were me, I would never settle with most of them, my goal being to drag them through the mud and publicly destroy them with money being secondary and secret deals being anathema.

They’ll start cutting checks and negotiating for bilateral gag agreements rather than take that risk. Well, if it was me, those gag agreements would be mighty expensive.
