Durham’s work won’t see the light of day if Trump loses. If he wins there will be indictments around Dec/Jan time frame. If Durham moves sooner, it is seen as election tampering and would backfire. After the election then they got a clean runway to persecute these people for the next 4 years

Thank you for illuminating me. Durham is a prosecutor assigned by Barr to investigate the Russia/FBI matter and any associated matters. He has the option of indicting and/or reporting the results of the investigation to Barr. This is DC. Reports, in the DC political realm, are a prosecutor’s way of punting. A report is what you will get if Trump loses despite your and my wishes otherwise.
Indeed. A real investigator would request the Call Detail Records from the NSA. They get copies of everything, even if they aren't actively recording specific calls.
Comey’s appearance the other day during these hearing looked as if he was ill or had been beat up. It was very apparent.
A deposition would be more funner.
