We are long past the point of enforcing restitution from criminals.
-Remove ALL public assistance for criminals who haven't paid full restitution for the crimes they've committed
-Their sentence ends not when some judge or parole board arbitrarily determines their debt is paid; they're done when the victim has been compensated
-Such criminals need to grow their own food and make their own clothes in prison. Let them sell the excess. Why would the taxpayers pay to clothe and feed perfectly capable people? Why import migrant labor when we have those who owe restitution?
