A Delaware State University student was shot and killed Sunday night at a party in Schutte Park, authorities said.
According to the Dover Police Department, Devin Wright, 20, was involved in a shootout at about 9:40 p.m. He was shot in the head and died a short time later at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital.
Police said about 300 to 500 people were at the party when the shootout happened involving multiple suspects.

I too went to many clubs, concerts and parties in my youth
not one shooting and not any fights either. We just had a fun time.
When I see the rioters as of late it takes me back to when I was there age and just the fun things I did and feel sorry for them that this is what they choose to do with their time burn loot and riot it’s pathetic.

Ah, now that makes perfect sense, and even a hint of sympathy for the mob boss. The woman who married a mob boss knowingly (or a made man on his way up) must know that any man she uses to cuckold her husband will be marked for death. Cold.

I looked it up and it appears he was shot leaving the establishment..
The restaurant/club was called Hedges on Staten Island.
And he seemed to have a penchant for cheating with mobsters’ wives.
And the case was reopened in 2010..seemed he had a lot of enemies...
It was a restaurant/club under other names for a while and now it’s a diner :)

I am pretty sure I’ve never been to a private party with that many people. A couple of college-wide parties, but damn. I missed out.
