I was a Republican governor of Pa. I’m voting for Joe Biden. (Tom Ridge)

---SNIP--- I actually consider it a point of personal pride that I’m recognized for being among the first Republicans to reject Donald Trump. It was way back in December 2015. I told NBC’s Chuck Todd that day that I could never support Trump. I said then that he was an embarrassment to the Republican Party and our country. I said he belittles, demeans, and ridicules people who disagree with him, and that I’ve never thought that loud, obnoxious, and simpleminded solutions to complex problems are the kind of qualities we want in a president. I believe that earned me my first of several Trump tweets of indignation.

Ridge is definitely a Uniparty RINO. He failed at cabinet level, failed Governor.

Another deep state RINO showing his true colors. He wants to destroy the country because Trump is uncouth.

RINOs are getting really easy to spot these days. That will be very helpful in 2024 in weeding out the crowd that think they can lead better than Trump.

Tom Ridge is still alive?
Most voters under 25 have never even heard of him before.

Squishy Republicans who are more concerned with getting along with Dems than standing up for conservative principles got us where we are. Good riddance.

Well I agree with Ridge that Trump can be something else in terms of his Tweets etc, but he has been so much more wonderful as a President, in terms of policy, than any for decades. The fact that they go after him so vociferously says he is doing something right.

Does anyone really know who they are voting for when they vote for Biden? Who is in charge?

So Tom Ridge is not n favor of solutions. Good to know. I wonder what kind of lockdown rules Tom would have in place today if he was in charge of the state.

Ridge has turned out to be totally wrong about Trump.

Best president we've had in over 100 years. The 'complex' problems have been solved like no other president has in U.S. history. The simpleminded solutions is what got the country into the messes we've had in over 100 years, and now, we've MAGA, and even the virus won't get in the way of continuing to MAGA.

RINOs are not conservatives and the "R" in RINO should be removed completely from their claim.

Ridge is in denial, and knows that Trump is the best president for our times and perhaps ever. Ridge is an embarrassment to the republicans and even to the country.

Orange Man Bad.

Honestly, their a brick hasn’t changed from day one. Trump isn’t Presidential. He tweets too much. He is vulgar.

Tom Ridge and the rest have never met a leftist premise that they didn’t accept, an apology for not being liberal they weren’t ready to vigorously deliver or a promise to their base that they were not ready to break.

Tom’s idea of the perfect Republican is W, a man who was all too happy to be kicked in the nether regions (while sounding like a buffoon) in the name of “civility.”

I always though that there would be some Rubicon the Left would cross that would trigger people like Whitman, Ridge or Romney. But there is no such thing. Our cities are burning at the hand of the Left, funded by Biden’s campaign and all the Ridge’s of the World can say is:

“Trump is vulgar.”
