According to Republican lawmakers, the President is well within his rights to appoint a nominee to the Supreme Court. The GOP has urged the Senate to vote on his nominee before November's election. One America's John Hines spoke with Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) to get his take on the matter.

It should not even be a question. The vote MUST place before.
Hearings are a waste of time and taxpayer money. Just vote for crying out loud. All RATs will vote NO and GOPee will have enough YES votes to approve. Results still the same.
The Dems deserve no niceties after Bork, Thomas and Kavanaugh’s treatment. We should usually give them huge margins for appointees who are far left. No more pleasantries.
This is a no-brainer. The same party controls the Presidency and Senate. Get it done. No other talking points make sense.
Yup. There is always the chance that Trump will lose and I think nearly everyone will suddenly decide that the lame duck president should not be the one to put someone on the bench — the people have spoken, right?
But the current elected president and the current elected senate have every right — they have a constitutional duty — to put someone on the bench right now. Getting this done before the election is a no brainer. Absolutely no reason not to.
Yes, the Dems abandoned the "honor system" long ago.
Now, they are trying to run the table on a scorched-earth seizure of power; and owning the Supremes is part of their little plans for us.

If the vote hasn’t taken place by the election the rat voters will crawl out of ever hole, basement and sewer grate. Nothing would energize the rat base more and Biden’s enthusiasm gap will no longer be a factor.
