What a rock solid jurist! I think that an unintended consequence is that ACB will instill greater courage and self confidence in her conservative colleagues, especially the newest members added to the Court, Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch. Something akin to a MLB baseball team acquiring a CY Young Award winner and future Hall of Famer. Hopefully, with ACB in the “pitching rotation” they’ll be less likely to go wobbly.
Because I am doing my laundry right now, I’ve taken the liberty to run the power generator a little beyond the 2PM shut-off time frame.
