President Trump on Friday unveiled his "Platinum Plan" at an event in Atlanta, which is aimed at investing $500 billion in Black communities.
Trump did not disclose how the plan would be funded but that it would boost lending to Black-owned businesses, reduce taxes, and also include education, healthcare, and criminal justice reforms. He also said the plan would make Juneteenth, a holiday celebrated by Black Americans that marks the end of slavery in the U.S., a national holiday.
He said that the plan would focus on the prosecution of the Ku Klux Klan and antifa as well as designating the groups as terrorist organizations, and make lynching a national hate crime.

So we can assume that our PPP and SBA business loans during the pandemic will all be forgiven? or are we still on the hook for it and they get free money

Just how much damage to his conservative base is Trump comfortable with doing? Maybe he should switch parties if he really wants that third term so badly he’s prepared to be Lyndon B Johnson the 2d in order to get it.
I just can’t believe FReepers are studiously avoiding commenting on this horrific betrayal of all principles by POTUS, not to mention the outlandish price to be paid for adding this plan to the deficit, yet again by tax and spend REPUBLICANS! Do you all really believe this kind of insanity and pandering to rioters is a continuation of 4th dimensional chess?
Until the nuclear black family is restored, $$$ is not going to solve their problems.
I'm going to be honest. This sh*t really bothers me and the more I think about it, the more pissed off I'm getting.
If Trump loses, it'll be because white voters without college degrees, his base, stayed home. And this is why they will stay home.
