Probably some state judges expressly not on the Federalist Society’s list of approved candidates.
But I’d take any of the top female names who aren’t Barrett, Lagoa or Grant at this point. (E.g, Joan Larsen)
Among the usual names, I like Amul Thapar. I also really like Neomi Rao, though she didn’t make Trump’s latest list of potential nominations.
Liberal heads would have exploded, given she is still uder 40, but Allison Jones Rushing, a former clerk to Clarence Thomas, would probably have been the best pick right now.
Ah, no. She’s not. Hardly any judicial record. Zero basis for such a claim.
Relatively tolerated by the left also.
Dear Lord please protect Amy and her family.. Thank you Lord.
Dang! I meant the 17th Amendment.
Generally I agree with you and I’m a woman. As you say, thee are exceptions and there are also a lot of no good low down dirty bastard men.
We have to be picky. Who could have known how great DJT would turn out to be - renowned for over the top behavior and love of all that glitters. But he has turned out to be a God send. And the same goes for women...there are some good ones too. But I do think that in the end this is mostly a man’s job.
Why?
Is she hot, like Charo?
Cootchie-Cootchie!

You dont know what you’re talking about. And I didnt say she had as much written as Scalia, the point I made is that her judicial philosophy comes through loud and clear and that is what makes her a Scalia Clone. Besides you’re pushing for Longoa, who has only 11 months on the Federal bench and far less opinions to read than Barrett who WTF are you talking about. IMHO, you’re full of crap, it didn’t matter who was the front runner you were going to oppose whomever it was. To be honest you and the others are kind of transparent.
Nobody’s perfect and you’re kind of missing the point.
They cant. Their 18 year thing is just theater.
Supreme Court Justices terms are for life. Its in the constitution. You cant modify it with a law only with an amendment.
The bill is political theater for the ignorant nothing more
She’s also pretty tough and outspoken. She even called out Justice Roberts for his ACA ruling, something lower court judges usually refrain from. I want to see her take down Kamala Harris during the Judiciary Hearing. If Kamala has the guts to engage her...
High hopes and every item is correct constitutionally.
They need to take the vote immediately since every rat controlled swing state is allowing post election vote counting in violation of their own laws.
we need a 5-4 Court to put a stop to it.
There are a lot of no good low down dirty bastard men AND women.
No excuse for womem to abandon their God-given roles as homemakers and lovers of their husband and children.
The satanic Women’s Movement has turned mothers into murders of their own children.
It’s so horrific and would be beyond belief if it weren’t happening every day as we speak.
I think I’m preaching to the choir here, I hope, but others who read this need to get a clue.
Word on street here in SC is that Lindsay better do this right or he wont win in Nov. We need yo pray for whoever the nominee is
I am not pushing for Lagoa. I don’t trust her either. Where and how has her Scalia philosophy come through? She was just recently named to the court and there is nothing from her time there that is particularly promising. She has published that she would recuse herself when decisions would go againstnst the Vatican and the Vatican is fervently pro illegal immigration. She has also said that Roe v. will largely stand.Suggesting that jusg3s should not legislate from the bench, but interpret the text as meant is boilerplate from Federalist Society members, but time again they have proven Trojan horses.
Allison Jones Rushing, Britt Grant, and Amy Coney Barrett are my three choices.
She's been a judge for 14 years - how can that be?
It’s being reported by several outlets.
Thank God for that and thank YOU for telling me.
:)
