It if was me, and it isn’t, I would get the FBI to that CA dump where all those ballots were found, photograph them, document them, seize them, and take over the investigation from the USPS. TODAY.

I’m voting in person but if you vote absentee staple, super glue, ducktape that outside envelope that you sign. Make it hard for them to preserve that envelope.
