An Ohio woman at a middle school football game was tasered and arrested by a police officer for not wearing a face mask in the bleachers.
Around 300 people attended a Marietta City Schools football game where Alecia Kitts, of Marietta, was filmed getting handcuffed on Wednesday in the city of Logan.
Kitts, as well as several other families and children, were sitting in the bleachers at the time and footage taken by witnesses quickly spread across social media.
After struggling for at least two minutes, the officer takes out his taser and deploys it on Kitts.
Kitts, who is still seated in the stands, lets loose a scream and nearby witnesses lash out at the officer.
'Tasing this lady over not wearing a damn mask,' one person says.
Kitts' mother tries to appeal to the police officer by saying, 'it’s just a mask,' but her daughter is taken into custody.

I'd trade places with her in a second. She hit the lawsuit lotto. Look closely, even the female cop who assisted in the arrest WAS NOT wearing a mask. Big payday for the female victim here.

That makes my blood boil on several levels. The bystanders did absolutely NOTHING. Only one person even had their camera out to film this travesty?? Are we going to see this on 60 Minutes? 20/20? Take note of all the so-called conservative sources that just completely ignore it. If this group of onlookers is representative of Americans in general, we are doomed. Passive cowardly sheep that deserve to lose their liberty and dignity. I can’t believe this was allowed to happen in ANY public place in the United States.

I asked that question when a husband just meekly let his new bride be dragged off to be raped and killed and in another case when a dad let his teenage daughter be raped in front of him.
I was informed that it was because women were allowed to vote and there for no male should ever again try to help women out again.
Of course males were doing this before women were able to vote so... eh.
There are men who will step in when they see someone being mistreated. They are national treasures. But most won't.

Whenever a black man gets shot or dies while restrained by the by the cops, we ALL say that they should have just let themselves be arrested, than sue the hell out of them afterwards. But fighting the cops can get you killed.
She should have just let them arrest her, then got a lawyer on them. She endangered her kids, who had to jump out of the way. She also got her friend in trouble for helping her to resist arrest.
Unless you think the cops are going to kill you, just surrender quietly, then call every lawyer and media outlet you can.

If you have a mental, physical, or philosophical problem with wearing a mask, that's fine; millions of people on planet earth will wholeheartedly agree with you.
But then don't enter the sporting event.
And if you do enter the sporting event and decide to take a stand by removing the mask, don't expect the bystanders in the area (male or female) to die on the hill you chose to die on.
It's a precarious economy, you've picked this fight with no apparent consultation with anyone around you, and there are few people in this country who can afford to have an arrest appear in an employment background check.
This isn't a case of a woman being assaulted; this is a fight she picked on her own.
