Hey Joe!

The lawful warrant was served and the police knocked before entering, at which time the boyfriend SHOT AND HIT A COP.

The cops returned fire and some shots penetrated a wall where Taylor was tragically killed.

How does RACE factor into any of this and what is the "justice" you say is lacking?

In the meantime, Joe is silent on the murder of two police officers by the animal Lorenzo Johnson, whom he called a peaceful protester.

No matter what the cops did or didn’t do, there would be a mob uprising.
The communists are in such poor shape that they’re scraping the very last crumbs at the bottom of the barrel in an attempt to shore up old slow PedoJoe. IF ‘mob rule’ helps him, they’re all for it. The more riots, the better. But Joe, himself, doesn’t even know what day it is.

Facts matter, Hidin’ Biden. Her boyfriend shot first, cops answered with their own force. If there’s anyone to blame for Ms. Taylor’s death, it’s her boyfriend.

How is returning fire excessive force?

The whole idea of the Times and their statements ignore the facts.
Breonna Taylor was not in bed, she was standing next to her boyfriend who was shooting at the cops. Were the cops supposed to just stand there?

There was no “No Knock” warrant, the cops were announced, at least one neighbor testified to that.

There was nothing botched about the “raid”. Had the boyfriend not shot a cop, then the cops would have done their search and left but shooting a cop is never a good idea, they WILL shoot back.

Had Breonna Taylor not been involved in drug trade none of this would have likely happened.

What I don’t understand is why didn’t the cops have cameras?

I wasn’t paying much attention to this and the little I heard turned out to be all wrong!

Police did knock and announce.
Police were fired upon
Police fired back in self defense
And as an added fact, Breonna, or however she spells her name, was selling drugs from her apartment.

And Joe thinks the decision was BAD. He is an incompetent voter...let alone a presidential candidate.

Well maybe Joe is correct, in today's world it's OK to shoot a cop.

That’s just silly.

Beyond that, is there actually any violation of Ohio law there that the officer is trying to enforce? Most quarantine laws are extensive, but have to do with the ill, not the healthy.

Burn Loot Murder and the zombies of antifa have justified the need for a riot gun.

https://blog.cheaperthandirt.com/riot-gun/

Best to keep the antifa zombies far from your home.
Try to keep they 100 yards from your neighbourhood.
IF the antifa get within 20 yards, a riot gun is usefull

Binden is clearly inciting civil unrest with statements like this, yet his campaign commercials suggest Trump is the one doing it. The projection is strong!

Are the exact facts posted anywhere...including the warrants, etc.? And the official transcript? I would like to know the jury composition as well...I’d bet it destroys the commie arguments. The AG is black, too, right?

I mean, hanging around with drug dealers perhaps does not go as far as ‘blame’, but that does have a tendency to cause bad things to happen. Even worse judgement that she was continuing to do so with an ex.

I don’t think that is anything more than suspected, is it?

At the least though, it appears she was allowing her ex-boyfriend to use her apartment as a stash place.

'There was no “No Knock” warrant, the cops were announced, at least one neighbor testified to that.'

It was a "No Knock " warrant. How they executed it is a separate issue. The fact that it was authorized, puts the police in a different situation. The concern of guns and violence is why it was authorized.

Especially when said boyfriend fires through the door at the police trying to serve a warrant.

If the circumstances had been exactly the same, but Breonna had been white, it would have been a one-day story in the local news and nobody outside of Louisville would have ever heard about it. And there would have been no $12 million payoff to the family.

Now the grand jury system should be scrapped because it doesn't always produce the results the activists want? Let's hope no one leaks the identities of the grand jurors in this case.

Ohio law?

Louisville is on the Ohio River, but it is a long ways from the state of Ohio.
