PORTLAND, Ore. Terrance Moses was watching protesters against police brutality march down his quiet residential street one recent evening when some in the group of a few hundred suddenly stopped and started yelling.
Mr. Moses was initially not sure what the protesters were upset about, but as he got closer, he saw it: His neighbors had an American flag on display.
It went from a peaceful march, calling out the names, to all of a sudden, bang, How dare you fly the American flag? said Mr. Moses, who is Black and runs a nonprofit group in the Portland, Ore., area. They said take it down. They wouldnt leave. They said theyre going to come back and burn the house down.
Mr. Moses and others blocked the demonstrators and told them to leave.
We dont go around terrorizing folks to try and force them to do something they dont want to do, said Mr. Moses, whose nonprofit group provides support for local homeless people. Im a veteran. Im for these liberties.

Another moment brought to you by Democrat elected officials and Democrat policies.
People in Portland have lost any sympathy that I might possibly have ever possessed for them. I never travel thru that shithole unarmed, and I cant possibly imagine a career that would keep me there.
The residents of the Rose Quarter where most of the protests take place all look like goth circus clowns or hipsters. They have no intention to work outside of the weed industry it appears, or maybe gastropubs and gentlemans clubs.
They call us deplorables? I call them expendables.
This will only happen in Democrat controlled locations. The rest of America is armed.
All that comes to mind is Gall. Pure, unmitigated Gall! GTFO my neighborhood.
IMHO

Why weren’t they arrested for making terroristic threats?
I fly the U.S.flag . A real big one too . Any such punks come in to my neighborhood and threaten me , or my property , they won’t be leaving. I will then face the consequences , but I will pile them up like John Basilone did on Guadalcanal .They will never forget....
I don't think that you'll be facing any crazed Banzai attacks, but the sheer amount of drugs the Portlandians can consume might make you mistake them for medieval hassassins.
Democrats get a free pass. I know it sucks, but thats reality. 👎
I will choose a side with a riot gun in my hands.
Do you want to argue?
I’m going to win.
If you come to my home you play by my rules.
Yep, I live in Oregon, not Portland....
I hope you understand the difference.
Here we have backhoes and soft ground, hundreds of thousands of acers of soft ground.
Not just armed (though we are). In my neighborhood we have many American flags flying, a number of Trump signs (no Biden signs), and even a few K-9 unit officers that live here with their officer-dogs. These people would NOT be welcome and if they hassled anyone like in this story...well I hope they have their Obamacare paid up, cause they are going to need it.
Who didn’t see this coming?
Perhaps, the 14th Amendment (sections 2 & 3) can be invoked to strip certain people of elected office and prevent them from voting for President.
Banzai attacks were not crazed , yet super focused by people who were not afraid to die . Even still , Basilone really stacked rhen up ,didn’t he ? What is going to happen if these shitheads think they can invade our neighborhoods after Trump scoops the election ?

It was a fiery, and somewhat more confrontational, but mostly peaceful, protest.
My lawn sign would say, “Protected by my twins, Smith and Wesson”.
We have cameras too.
Yeah, then you would have the whole pride parade taking a dump in your yard protesting and if you shot one you would be birthing a martyr. Its a bad deal as they definitely need shooting and frequent disappearing.
A deterrent for these folks is work and earning anything legitimately. Signs such as Tattoo removal, career consulting, car repair, bong disposal, etc. that or things that confuse them like dry cleaners, orthodontists, furniture stores, deodorant.
