Another good video from Black Conservative Perspective. "Dying wishes are not mentioned in the constitution."
(Excerpt) Read more at youtu.be ...
Liberals are all about “feelings” . . . it doesn’t maker whether it is constitutional or not. That is why another majority for the leftists will spell the death knell for our sacred document penned by our forefathers.
Dem media believe RBG croaked out in a faint voice: “Please, no new justice until Biden gets in.” Maybe a lie.
Maybe she said “Rosebud.”
Oligarchy — Rule of Men — if important people say they want something to happen, then that’s all there is to it. Make it so.
Republic — Rule of Law — written legal system is applied consistently across society.
The Constitution says the President nominates people to the Supreme Court and the Senate votes to confirm. Under a Republic, that couldn’t be more straight forward.
Or we could base everything around the alleged dying wishes of somebody the Democrats like.

RBG is the ultimate and real-life Weekend At Bernie’s character.
She’s been on her deathbed many times, and democrats made sure that she was miraculously and medically revived each time. They weren’t going to let her die and allow Trump to name her replacement. She was medically kept alive for more than four years, trying to get her beyond the 2020 election, or in time for a democrat president to name her replacement. Since she could not make it to after the election, she was kept alive till late in the election cycle, in the hopes that perhaps a big enough stink would be raised and Trump would be stopped from naming a replacement.
Unfortunately for democrats, the constitution doesn’t have a clause in it that prevents the current president from doing his duties in the last few months of an election cycle.
If a democrat president were in power now, that president would have already named a replacement for RBG, and respecting her memory would not have entered into democrats’ minds.
This whole “dying words” story is such a crock.
If she did have any, maybe they were actually “damn, I should’ve resigned in 2015”.
Its not about feelings in this case. If the shoe were on the other foot and God forbid Justice Thomas just died, there would be a long line of Marxist politicians, law professors, pundits and journalists lecturing us about how his dying wishes are irrelevant. As well as criticism about how crass and political the dying wish was.
It would be great if Trump played along. Agree with RBG’s dying wish that the next elected president should pick the successor, but we can’t wait four years.
Liberals are all about feelings . . . it doesnt maker whether it is constitutional or not.
************
Bingo! They are emoters, not rational thinkers.
Can you imagine a single Democrat caring about a conservative’s last wishes? Never happen.
RBG last words was ‘GOD, please save me from Hell. I did sin, but I’m accepting Jesus into my life...’
Some pundit said it best the other day: This vacancy may not have occurred at the time RBG wanted, but it sure happened at the time it did and the way it did because of her own decisions.
An atheist decided to take a nature walk in the mountainside.
He had always been a zealot for his atheism, proclaiming it, preaching it, arguing in favor of it and particularly arguing against Christians and Christianity.
He had been walking for some time when he saw a large bear, at some distance ahead of him. He stood frozen for a moment to see if the bear noticed him.
When he realized the bear did notice him, he decided he best walk back the way he came.
He started walking, slowly, and looked back over his shoulder to see if the bear was walking toward him. It was.
He walked a little faster, and noticed so was the bear, and it was still coming toward him.
He began to trot and the bear kept pace with him.
He decided to run, and so did the bear.
As he was running he tripped and fell down on the ground.
As he gained his composure he saw the bear was right there baring down on him.
He cried out: Oh, God help me, Oh God please save me.
Suddenly everything stopped, as if time itself had stopped.
Then he heard a voice, the voice of God, shouting at him:
Now you seek my help, now you admit who I am, while all your life all you have done is deny me and encourage others to deny me, yet only now you want to pray to me.
The man answered: Forgive me God, I am humbly sorry, but here and now I see I need your help, or I will be taken by this bear.
God answered: So what is it you think I should do?
The man thought and thought a minute or two, trying to give an answer he felt God would appreciate.
He said: Well, maybe you could make the bear a Christian.
God answered: Are you sure thats what you want me to do?
The man answered: Yes God, please make the bear a Christian.
God answered: Your shall have your wish.
Then in a second time began to move again, and as the bear knelt down next to the man it said:
Thank you God for this blessing, for this food, this nourishment for our body that we are about to receive.

Funny rbg wasn’t concerned on her death bed about the 30 million babies she allowed to be slaughtered by her decision.
