Ginsberg was a political hack in a robe.
In a universe where the entire political spectrum is described as ranging from from "moderate" on the far left to "right wing conservative" in the middle to "far right wing fringe, outside of the mainstream, reactionary conservative Nazis" on the right.

I guess it depends on how one defines "moderate."
When the media slaps a label on someone, it’s false, and it’s to make us believe it.
ruth buzzy was no moderate. Sex with minors is not moderate.
She was Moderately Communist.
Dems are better networked with academia. They can call up all of the person's lefty professors in school, and get an accurate "read" on the candidates ideological purity. That's a big reason why the Left seeks to purge ALL conservatives from academia : to deny the Right any comparable knowledge.

If I put my name to it and you do the research it is MY book and you get your name someplace.
If YOU write it and I am more ‘famous’ and say I collaborated with you though I did nothing, I am a co-author.
So we have ‘hacks’ like HRC, Chelsea, BO etc (maybe) allowing you access to their records, all of a sudden become ‘best selling authors’ though they did very little other than lend their name.
Makes for good paydays and also gives one a chance to ‘donate’ to a special cause in the name of ‘buying books’.
With Millions given out in advance, the (so called) author doesn’t care if it hits the dollar bin almost immediately.
Like a ‘big star’ lends to a bad flick and it goes directly to cable, big star doesn’t care as his pay was guaranteed off the top.
But we atone for it by sending a couple of actresses to jail for ‘bribery’ and NOT prosecute the ‘receivers’ of the bribe.. How different than one ‘giving’ you a couple hundred thou than ‘donating’ to a new scoreboard for ‘special favors’?
Notice how every hardcore Leftist is described as “moderate” by the hardcore Leftist MSM?

On occasion, Savage plays audio bites from her Senate hearings. If you need an emetic they’ll do the job. Six years after Bork and a mere two years after Thomas the giggly, kid gloves treatment the Republican senators gave her is vomit inducing.
Somebody should have been brought up on charges for using the title of “moderate judge”. Sorry she has died, but she was crazy left as I see it. She violated her oath of office by not upholding the Constitution.
NBC called her “moderate to liberal...” during the breaking news of her passing. Part of the brain washing mechanism utilized by mass media.
It is interesting, isn’t, it? I don’t care what the fact checkers say and I don’t care if she didn’t share those thoughts with her partner in the book. Once she signed her name to that tome as its “co-author”, they’re her ideas unless otherwise stated, and it wasn’t.
