Alaska's @lisamurkowski said today she won't confirm a new SCOTUS justice until after the inauguration day. Fair is fair, she says. My colleague @kcgrove will have a story shortly.
All federal funds to Alaska should be cut off.
Riots would ensue. That is unacceptable and we need a full Supreme Court. Republicans need to push forward because of that.

What’s ironic (unfortunately) is that the Republican SCOTUS picks have been so unreliable in landmark cases that very few intelligent people probably see the Supreme Court as a major campaign issue anymore.

She won the first time after Ted Stevens got raided by the FBI. After the election the case was dropped. Was that obama?
She won because Democrats wrote her name in en masse. She is beholden to the Democrats.

The GOP was finished with Trump’s election in 2016. Its largely open boarders, lover of Chinese money and products, and lets get along with the democrats and liberal press. Trouble is, the alternate party has gone full communist.
She should have retired in 2015.
Obama was expecting Hillary to win and give Dems control of the Senate so did not sweat it all that much.
