Regardless of how the election turns out, Donald Trump is President until noon est on January 20, 2021. He has an obligation to be Presidential until that time. So it’s time to nominate a replacement.

Ruth could have avoided this by resigning while Barack Obama was president. She willingly stayed in place, knowing that the battle over her replacement would tear the country further apart. That does not make her a good American, or a good person. Just a hack with more ego than character. May she rest with the peace she sowed during her life.
