Kuwait or Qatar?
Either would be nice but given the animosity between Qatar and the Saudis/Gulf nations, I’m not sure we’d see it. Also, Qatar has a rep for being pretty soft on terror financing.

According to Reuters, President Trump said 7, 8, or 9 more Arab Countries would join, including Saudi Arabia.
Maybe those listed in this article will be the next round, in the larger rollout - just the next media cycle. GCC member Oman headlines this group, which includes some Strategic Naval locations.
GCC members Kuwait and Saudi Arabia might come together, or as two more waves.
