Billionaire Mike Bloomberg’s $100 Million To Support Joe Biden In Florida May Shape Campaign
CBS Miami ^ | September 17, 2020

Billionaire Mike Bloomberg’s commitment of $100 million to help Joe Biden’s campaign in Florida is a huge boon for Democrats and it could put President Trump on defense in a state that is critical to his reelection.

At the end of his presidential campaign in March, Bloomberg pledged to spend “whatever it takes” to help Democrats beat Trump in November. Billionaire donors have long played a central role in supporting both parties. Yet no one has proposed pumping in so much cash to support a presidential campaign in a single state.

Bloomberg’s allies say the investment is in line with his longtime strategy in business and politics: to make the most impactful investment, based on the best data, at the right time.

....I wonder how much of Bloombergs money it would take to get me to not vote Republican?
Do to them what they do best. Lie. Say you will and then don't.

If you’re not sold after seeing the same Biden ad 100 times, will you be sold after seeing it 1000 times?

Most of this money will be spent on poll watchers, lawyers to file lawsuits on election night, social justice workers going into nursing homes helping the elderly fill out mail in ballots, and busing the homeless to the polls. This ground and legal game may make the difference in an election decided by a few thousand votes. Expect the Democrats to file hundreds of lawsuits in Florida on Election Day and the days following to creat chaos and doubt while car trunk loads of ballots mysteriously appear and must be counted.

Does the GOP have the legal firepower ready and waiting to counter this push?

well, Bloomberg is a billionaire and can outspend President trump who last reported $150 million in revenue. Billionaires like Bloomberg can buy the elections

With Bloomberg and his donation one have to ask Who benefits. One would have to be insane to think Bloomberg would spend $millions in Florida to get Biden elected without some kind of huge returns on his investment

It “may” but it won’t. Grandpa Groundhog is not going to win Florida no matter how much Little Michael spends. Remember the money gets you on the stage but if the audience doesn’t like your singing they throw tomatoes at you. Bloomberg is green with jealousy toward Trump. He believes money can buy affection - out outside of a cat house that ain’t so.

If spent on ads, wasted.

If spent on bribes, fraudulent ballots and illegal votes -- worrying.
