Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) called the Hunter Biden-Burisma investigation was “not the legitimate role of government,” during a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee business meeting on Wednesday.
Homeland Security Committee chairman Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) has defended the investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter’s dealings with Ukraine and his role on the board of energy company Burisma.

The company’s name was BHR (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Company. It has grabbed global media attention for its links with Hunter Biden, the son of former United States vice-president Joe Biden, after US President Donald Trump fired a barrage of corruption allegations at him and requested China investigate the Bidens’ financial activities in the country. It is estimated that HB walked out of China with $1.5 billion from the company. He was a 10% stockholder and the CEO.

I believe one of the Romney son’s had dealings in Ukraine too.
