Half of those moronic press people are CONSTANTLY touching their masks. John Solomon(?) during his question touched, fingered or pulled his mask with his fingers at least 4 times (yes, I counted) and then of course went on to touch a lot of other things. This exactly makes the presidents point about masks.
Caputo, if you’ll recall, was already almosted bankrupted when forced to pay all of his legal bills pertaining to the Mueller investigation.
He’s a former campaign aide and maybe the admin was trying to help him out with a nice job.
Sounds like he had a little too much of something, and has now, likely...or almost, blown that gig.

Not really a mic drop. Kayleigh was answering a question and closed her notebook. I said to myself, “This is over.” Sure ‘nuff, she finished answering the question, said thank you, picked up the notebook and left.
The idiot reporters were shouting question at her as she walked to the door. I don’t know why they do that. To my knowledge, Kayleigh has never stopped on the way to the door to answer “one more” question.
POTUS was very long suffering in his press conference that just ended. Animals in the zoo are more polite than the bloodthirsty press critters.

Got the POTUS press conference late, went to Whitehouse.gov and scrolled back to the beginning. Press kept coming back to person that misspoke earlier today (Before Congress? Head of CDC or FDA? Not sure who.) Press kept hounding Trump who merely said that person had misspoke about the virus time frame (Trump saying this year, other Administration person said later) and he had talked to him about it. They wouldn’t let it drop. Also non-stop about masks - the press is fixated on it. It was a long presser but when they all got nastier and shouted over each other, he said “Thank You” and left.

I wish Kayleigh and Trump would leave the room abruptly more often when the severe heckling and overtalking starts every single time, but I know Trump wants to appear patient and even-tempered or the next day all the headlines will be, “Trump leaves in a huff during tough questioning! He can’t take pressure!”
So it appears they are mostly stuck tolerating the press jackals.
It was CDC’s Redfield - He said that a vaccine would not be available for general use until summer to late 2021, which contradicts the President’s time line of 4th quarter this year to early 2021 for first doses.
Redfield also said that masks are more important than a vaccine, which is bullcrap unless you are sick (and shouldn’t be out anyway). BTW, Biden said today that if he’s elected President, he’d issue an executive order requiring masks be worn nationwide. Dr. Atlas disagrees and is more practical about the realities.

Biden has walked back his mask mandare and admitted it is un constitutional.
