Morris predicted President Donald Trump would win in a landslide on Election Day only to have Democratic secretaries of state in swing states later determine Biden won after counting mailed in votes. Morris said that would ultimately lead to Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts determining the results of the election.
So what you’re probably looking at is that you’re going to have on election night a report that Trump carried … all of the potential swing states. And they’ll say that Trump has 330-350 electoral votes and won a landslide. And then, day after day, week after week, you’re going to find another million ballots counted here, another half-million there, another quarter of a million in another place. And gradually, these Democratic liberal secretaries of state who are in charge of the election in most of these blue states will say, ‘Oh, well, we’re sorry. It turns out Biden carried Wisconsin, not Trump.'”
“The Democrats, certainly if they feel they’re legitimately losing the election, are going to use the excuse of the COVID virus — nobody can come out and vote in person, they claim — and to mail-in ballots, and they’re going to deliberately game the system by sending out millions and millions of mail-in ballots for people that don’t exist or have already voted,” Morris added. “And the states will not verify the signatures, because they are under the control of Democrats. And the courts will validate that process because they’re controlled by Democrats.”

We hear about how widespread vote fraud is yet neither Barr nor Sessions before him have charged anyone with vote fraud, much less tried and convicted them. Why should be believe their record will be better in November?

It won't be. Roberts is an establishment hack. There's no way his deciding vote will be in favor of continuing Trump's presidency. If this goes to SCOTUS, and I believe it will, Biden wins.
Morris has gamed this out -— He has a very likely scenario and scummy John Roberts is the swing vote on the Supreme Court unless Buzzi Ginsburg expires. Which in a pinch the Dems will cover up.

That is what they did here in Washington State in 2004. Rossi beat Gregoir but in each recount more and more “lost ballots” were found in Seattle until Gregoir was declared the winner after three recounts. We have had mail in ballots here for the last 10 years. It is a joke.
Ballots are mailed out to every registered voter in the state always including dead people, dogs, cats, horses, cows, birds, illegal immigrants and people who have moved to other states. And the verification process is a joke, depending completely on the look of the signature as judged by people who have had a pep talk on how to do it.

PRECISELY because of FL 2000, where the USSC itself ruled on the validity of the Dec. 14 deadline for certifying electors, nothing will go past Dec. 14.
For any court to reverse ITSELF (which has happened only twice that I know of in history-—Dred Scott, and Plessey Ferguson), and both 60-100 years later-—is a very tall order. To reverse a court from just 20 years ago would be unheard of.
No, the FL Bush v Gore affirmed the hard and fast rule of Dec. 14 for certifying electors. The question after that would not be Roberts but would be Grassley and Yertle as to whether they would call the “electoral college” official if some states did not certify, say, CA or NY. The law is actually murky as AuH20Republican and others have suggested. One interpretation is that the college is the college, if it’s 100 EVs that come in, or all 538. Another interpretation, however, is that ONLY if 538 come in is the “college” officially opened.
However, if it drags on and goes into the House, the House must vote by DELEGATION not members. Trump wins (GOP has 26 delegations, and that won’t change)
In other words, I can’t see any reasonable path to avoid the Dec. 14 deadline or simply not submit electors. And realize any state that did that would cede a MASSIVE level of power to all the other states, and it would be a disastrous precedent for that state in particular. I just don’t see it.
