Is that Tom Selleck in the pic with Clint Eastwood dancing with Princess Diana?

...Those poor civil war guys. What agony they must have gone through. Early on in my head injury I used to go to the hospital with very bad headaches for a morphine drip and even they wouldn’t last very long once I left.

There must have been so many addicts.

I have read that if the drug is available for a relatively low price, an opiod addict can live a relatively normal, productive life.

With Diana there, this was some US-British event, so they probably had each dance couple as an American paired with a Brit (like Clint & Diana) ...

so, the guy dancing with Nancy Reagan is probably some British guy, not Tom Selleck ...

Think you’re right, but he sure could double for Clark Gable.

They called morphine addiction “Soldiers Disease” after the CW. You could order kits complete with syringes out of the Sears catalog.

The website, History Daily, appears to be very 'woke'.

One article attributes the creation of potato chips to a black man which is a narrative blacks created.

LA was 'founded' by Mexicans.

Texans committed racially driven 'murders' of Mexicans.

There may be good and historically accurate articles but it looks like History Daily has an agenda to elevate non-whites while denigrating whites with selective narratives.

The guy between Eastwood and Diana looks a lot like British actor Kenneth Griffith.

I’m betting that bread is no good to eat anymore

We did not have much money when I was a kid and my Mom would shop at the "Day Old Bakery". To this day, I do not like fresh bread. I like it a bit stale. ;o)

It is Selleck.

It was a White House gala. Eastwood, Selleck and John Travolta were there, according to the lengthier picture caption.
