A person opened fire outside of a Bass Pro Shops store in Spanish Fort, Ala., Saturday afternoon.
The Baldwin County Sherrif's Office said the suspect shot multiple times into the boat and ATV area outside of the store. No injuries were reported.
"We are thankful that the shooting which occurred earlier today on an access road near our boat service center did not result in any injuries. We are also grateful to our team members for immediately implementing emergency procedures, and to local law enforcement," a Bass Pro Shops spokesperson told Fox News.
Local news outlet WKRG reported a witness saw the gunman fire more than 50 shots into an outdoor area, but the doors were closed, which blocked him from getting inside.
“I was on my phone with my wife and I said, ‘oh my God, he’s right in front of me," the witness told the news outlet. "He was put down, but thankfully not shot. He shot at least 50 times and reloaded.”

If he had 50 rounds he probably had more rounds than the Bass Pro Shop did.
As I was leaving tonight I saw someone stocking our shelves with two cases of 9mm and two cases of .40 S&W, and three cases of .45 ACP.
I bet it’s all gone by noon tomorrow.
When this is finally investigated I bet they find that he had been binge watching “Last Man Standing” and thought Tim Allen was secretly sending out Trump support messages.
Spanish Fort is really close to the Florida line so the cross border vibes are strong there.

Why would this quoted ahole be glad the shooter wasn’t shot. The guy could have killed his wife (maybe he didn’t care about that) or himself.

To be fair, Ruger did fix many of the inaccuracy problems a few years ago. But the vast majority of the ones produced previously are pretty bad.
In any case, the Mini-14 is what Fudds buy when they want a modern semiauto rifle but don’t want to admit that what they called a ‘terrorist rifle’ actually has a legitimate use.

The shooter was black, and it seems to me he was looking for a place with lots of white conservatives. There is race war going on now, but only one side is on the offensive.
