I have seen two pictures of this site. Any one familiar with the Inner Eastside can figure it out easily. It is only little over 1/2 mile walk over the bridge to the Downtown core area. FYI

It’s in full view of anyone on I-5 N and in the right lane where the fwy has an exit to I-84 east. I had seen it numerous times but no idea what it was. For the rioters it’s an easy walk to work across a bridge.
