The Democrats pulled the "we found more boxes of ballots" scam in their own primary in MA, so they are definitely practicing to do this in November.

The U.S. Constitution gives state legislatures the responsibility for assigning electors for the Electoral College vote.

Those electoral votes are assigned according to who won the state (voting). The counting of the votes is where the Democrats will try to steal it, with the help of mail-in voting that allows them to manufacture the votes that they'll need in the swing states.

If they show up in my suburb, I’m taking them out until I run out of ammo, or get dropped, whichever happens first.

“Specifically, they will demand that the courts validate absentee ballots where the signature doesn’t match the signature on record, on the grounds that the election officials aren’t experts in handwriting analysis”
*******************************************************
There are six ways to Sunday (plus the rest of November and much of December) that the DemocRATS have to commit vote fraud. ‘RAT poll workers/“watchers” can do many things including things such as challenging absentee and provisional votes that they know are by Republican voters on bogus “the signatures don’t match” grounds.

Get informed. Maybe get trained and volunteer at the local level. We snooze, we lose. See important information at the following link.

The author says the Democrat jurisdictions will refuse to certify their results by the December 8th statutory deadline. That was the basis of my comment. They can try to manufacture votes all they want, but if they don’t certify by the deadline they have a whole different problem.

you would think they could have cherry picked better candidates than Biden/Harris

This IS the best ticket they could field. A ticket even a bit more radical would befuddle their base.

There won’t be power, water or fuel in any water in any cities if even 1/10 of this comes to pass. For that matter there won’t be any cities... only ashes

Not interesting, it's impossible.

December 14, 2020, the meeting of the Electors mandated by the Constitution cannot take place because Democrat election officials continue to refuse to certify the results and lawsuits are still ongoing. The riots continue and grow in intensity. January 2, 2021, Speaker Pelosi convenes the House of Representatives

First, how can a failure to certify the count of Presidential ballots still be able to certify House ballots when they're all the same ballots? Anything that delays the Presidential election will delay all elections, so there would be no Speaker Pelosi, too.

Second, failure to certify electors will not stop the Electoral College from meeting and voting. The 12th amendment says the winner needs a majority of appointed electors, so states that fail to appoint Electors by the deadline simply won't participate, while the rest of the states do. They won't stop the meeting or the vote.

Third, the state legislatures have the Constitutional power to directly appoint the electors. If it gets to the point where the state can't certify the count, the legislature will settle the Presidential election by just appointing the electors they want, while the House, Senate, and state elections remain unresolved.

OK. Let's not kid ourselves, when have rules and laws ever mattered to the Democrats? They'll just find a judge that will allow an extension for the certification.

Tin Foil Stuff.

``````
When radical Socialists come knocking, the tin foil falls away and cities burn. There is no way the Democrats will allow Trump a second term, even if it means importing suicide bombers from the ME. By the end of 2021, the USA will be ruled, not governed.
I don’t think the poll watchers are a requirement in PA. There are poll workers that get paid to manage the voting and employed and trained by the dept of state. Watchers are regulated as to one per candidate on the inside. The watchers are the guys usually standing outside that i ignore. So the scenario for PA seems bogus.
Also the workers in heavy republican areas are also republican and the judge of elections i believe takes an oath of office. Given that they don't show up. The first republican here to show up could be sworn in and manage the voting. Title 25 states If, for any reason, any vacancy in an election board shall not have been filled, as aforesaid, by 7:30 A.M., the qualified electors of the district, present at said time, shall elect a qualified person or persons to fill such vacancies.  If any clerk shall not appear by 7 o'clock A.M., the inspector who appointed said clerk shall fill said vacancy, appointing a qualified elector therefor.  If any machine inspector shall not appear at said time, it shall be the duty of the judge of election to promptly notify the county board, who shall immediately appoint a qualified machine inspector to fill said vacancy.  Any persons thus appointed or elected to fill vacancies shall take and subscribe in duplicate to the oaths required by this act, and shall hold office only for said election.
Second, failure to certify electors will not stop the Electoral College from meeting and voting. The 12th amendment says the winner needs a majority of appointed electors, >>> which is 270. If no one gets 270 by missing FL, PA, WI, then it goes to house one vote per state 26 republican majority states, 23 democrat majority and PA is split 6-6 or 7-7.
No.
270 is the maximum or full Electoral College. If a state fails to appoint electors, then the majority of the appointed electors is reduced.
The Constitution lays this out in two parts.
Article II Section 1 says "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector."
The 12th amendment says "The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed..."
If a state fails to appoint electors, then the majority of appointed electors goes down. If Pennsylvania (20 EV) fails to appoint its electors, then the number of appointed electors drops to 518, and the majority becomes 260 EV to win.
