Im not sure of anything, but seems to me there will be lots of pressure and legal jeopardy on Secy of States to certify results in the face of a lopsided count election night. IMO the lead vs available ballots outstanding will be simple math impossibity.
No doubt the media will lie, but the Secys of State have something at risk to lose by lying
