We have seen the enemy, and he is a wuss.
According to Wisconsin police, Matthew Banta, 23, meant trouble during a recent riot. When he was arrested in Green Bay Saturday night, Banta had in his possession a flamethrower, smoke grenades, and fireworks as he was headed to what CNN might call another “fiery but peaceful protest.” Banta evidently intended to see to the “fiery” part personally.
WBAY picks up the story:
The criminal complaint says Banta “is known to be a violent Antifa member who incites violence in otherwise relatively peaceful protests.” Police say he’s known as “Commander Red.”
Green Bay police say they were called for “a whole bunch of white people with sticks, baseball bats and helmets headed… towards the police” on Walnut St. near Webster Ave.
And all they were saying is “give peace a chance,” right?
It gets better.
A responding officer says he saw four individuals walking towards a protest with baseball bats. One man was wearing a metal helmet with goggles and military-style gear with multiple pouches, and was carrying an Antifa flag.
Because they just want peace.
When the officer pulled his squad car in front of the group, they ran away. The officer caught Banta, who was carrying the flag, and says Banta “dropped into the fetal position and began crying.”
In military engagements of the past, the flag carrier was unarmed and often turned out to be the bravest on the field. While chaos and death swirled around him, he simply marched forward carrying that flag, giving the troops a rallying point, until he caught a bullet.

This is actually a good thing. It causes the rest of them to “think about what they are doing and the potential consequences”.
This could eliminate a lot of hubris on the left.
Not a leader, just a hired help. The real antifa leaders would not be such a wuss. Maybe they can get some intel from the wuss.
Never send a pajama boy to do anything, let alone arson, vandalism, theft and assault. If apprehended doing any of the above, lay him across your knee and give him a sound thrashing, and then ten years.

When I got to Berkeley from Philadelphia has a 17-year-old engineer I looked around at the same kind of kids and said
“ Whatever they’re for - I’m against! “.
At various points I have giant groups of them tried to attack me verbally and I would bury them with quotes like “hey kids don’t you have any studying to do? “
All I would have to do is say something like “ I love Ronald Reagan “
and they would go into an absolute hissy fit

I doubt the leadership of Antifa is dumb enough to connect the puppet masters with the low level thugs.
This is absolutely an organized crime ring. It is well funded, well organized. Probably far better than most.
