The Department of Justice dropped their case against General Michael Flynn months ago after it was acknowledged that he was set up by federal operatives.
General Flynn was and is an innocent man.
This effectively set General Flynn free. But the corrupt Obama judge in the case in the District of Columbia refused to let General Flynn go — despite his innocense.
This is UNHEARD OF in US law.
On Monday the corrupt DC Court ruled in favor on Judge Emmet Sullivan.
Today Judge Emmett Sullivan announced he will push back his own personal case against General Michael Flynn until AFTER THE ELECTION!
This is criminal conduct by the court.
If the US Supreme Court does not step in at this point we will all know justice is dead in America and we live in a two-tiered system where leftist officials walk for their crimes and conservatives are held indefinitely even when there is no case against them.
Sullivan and the Democrats don’t want General Flynn to be able do campaign with President Trump.

My first thought was “Don’t count on SCOTUS & Johnny Roberts to even take up this case”...
My second thought is that “Flynn and his legal team should consider suing the US Government and Judge Sullivan personally for the financial damages they have been/are forcing on him based upon an illegal indictment”...
My third thought is...”Now is the time for Ratcliffe to produce ALL the documents pertaining to Flynn, the Mueller Investigation, and Russiagate...blow the lid off this effing thing immediately”...
4th: “Indict someone like Comey, Clapper, & Brennan! Get Durham out there to give a public statement about the corruption...get video/audio...and make it go viral...force the MEDIA conglomerate to report it”...
5th: “If this does not work, then Patriots will have to respond”...”you know the thing”...
It does. Sullivan could dismiss on day 21, but I’m not stupid enough to bet on that happening.
The 21 days before the conference was mandated by the rules, hence I can’t get too worked up about it.
What does trouble me is that the scheduling order seems to allow amicus briefs from anyone, not just the TDS friend Sullivan chose, and even worse, to mandate that any brief by Flynn/the government submitted in response to public filings must be a joint filing coordinated with Sullivan’s pet TDS amicus.
This is certainly a banana republic move, but the (DC) fix is already in. How can any argument that this isn’t further prejudicing Flynn pass the slightest laugh test.

We can see again that this judge ignores appellant dictates and operates as a political animal.
Our “domestic enemies” are losing ground with the American populace minute by minute. I don’t believe that a pardon would upset President Trump’s re-election bid.

The LTG Flynn charade needs to end, via pardon or via SCOTUS ruling; I’d prefer SCOTUS ruling in LTG Flynn’s favor and some form of punishment for this out of control Judge.
Either way, LTG Flynn needs to be set FRee and his finances made right! He has suffered greatly, and certainly has grounds for a massive civil suit against those individuals who went after him!
I have read that Pientka may have the original FBI 302 document. If that’s the case, it clearly shows Flynn was set up. That will blow up in Sullivan’s face. Let’s hope this is true. Graham’s staff interviewed Pientka and people are wondering why the rest of the committee were not involved. Graham is either part of the solution or he is part of the problem. Jury;s out on that.

what i dont get is how the judge can act as both prosecutor and judge.

The pressure should be a large group of patriots close to DC go to the judge’s home and act like Antifa. Two could play that game.
OK, they’ve succeeded in keeping Gen. Flynn quiet until after the election.
Trump will win in a landslide anyway.
Flynn will be free to speak some day and I hope and expect he will spill all he knows with a vengeance.
He certainly has cause for vengeance.

I couldn’t live with my conscience if I were this ‘judge’. And he obviously doesn’t care how he is viewed by history.
Emmett Sullivan will be a footnote in the history books.
Sadly, it will not be a favorable footnote.
He should ignore the gag order.
