Here’s the weekly numbers right through ‘til today: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm
Keep in mind those numbers will be higher once all jurisdictions report. CDC states that some state and county health departments take several weeks to report their figures, so really the numbers through the end of July are best right now. In a month, we’ll have better August numbers from CDC. If you want more up to date figures, you need to go to the sources (health departments) directly. You can do this indirectly by looking at sites like Worldometer. There’s less data lag there.
Don't know what that's supposed to mean. Who misled you 94% of the time?
Yes I know it was. I sent it because The NY Times is known for fabrication of data
You’ll forgive me for not trusting the CDC numbers. I’d like to see numbers derived from other sources before I believe them.
Now we learn that 94% of cases had comorbidities. Who can honestly say why those 94% people died? And for that matter, who can say that the other 6% did not have a unknown, undetected or unreported comorbitity, vulnerability, suceptability, cancer, autoimune desease, alergic reaction to a medication, cancer, another virus or infection or a false positive on the covid test?
Why are the heart attack, stroke and cancer cases WAY DOWN right now?
They don't know but they'll lie their way to hell before they'll ever admit they don't know. They crashed our economy and destroyed the business enterprises of generations of lives for nothing or for diabolical reasons.
All of them? Nobody. That's the point. It's actually impossible to know for sure exactly how many people COVID19 has killed. That's the thing you guys don't seem to get. There is no right answer. They have to do the best they can to categorize these things.
We do know that the 6% is NOT the right answer. Having an underlying condition does not mean COVID19 didn't kill someone. It just means that they also had some other condition. We also know it's possible deaths are undercounted, which is what the quote from Brix is about.
Nobody is lying to you. It's just a fact that nobody can know exactly what the "right" number is. But you need to stop thinking that having a comorbidity means someone didn't die of COVID19.
I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts those two "peacfully protesting", murderous felons that died of rapid lead poisoning, last week in Kenosha, got tested for wuhan corona as a standard part of their autopsies.
I would like to know how many deaths this year were of other things BECAUSE IF deaths due to other things are WAY DOWN or next to none THEN 180,000 deaths nation wide would be the normal death count for the nation!! MANY people die each year from cancer, heart attacks, strokes, ect. if these normal type deaths were ALL listed as CV19 then CV19 is and was a total farce all along!!
Deaths due to all causes jumped significantly above the baseline expected deaths. Check the graphs here:
https://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3879841/posts?page=13#13
Most of the really pretty graphs end in April or May. There’s a weekly tracking of excess deaths that’s up to date here: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm
One thing to keep in mind on that page is that CDC notes that many jurisdictions take weeks to report up the chain to them, so the numbers from the past month or so are incomplete (going up).
Nobody is doing that. You aren't understanding the numbers.
...It’s end of August / September. Why are you posting a bunch of graphs that end in April? Is it possibly because after the spike, excess deaths dropped below average and don’t support the point you’re trying to make?
The pretty graphs that show excess mortality only run up through April/May timeframe. I didn’t make the graphs, so I can’t control that. Here’s the weekly numbers for excess mortality that run right up through today: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/excess_deaths.htm
We’re still way above the threshold for excess deaths. We haven’t been under it since March. Every single week since March we’ve been showing way above normal deaths in the US.
Keep in mind that the CDC notes they get data weeks late from a lot of reporting jurisdictions (state and local health departments). So the numbers for August are incomplete and will continue to rise as more places report their numbers.
( Pelosi mandates wearing masks on the House floor)
(Pelosi today shaming Americans, saying "you must wear your mask." after not wearing a mask) ...what a rotten piece of work!
Follow your instincts, wear a mask when required...go back to work, classrooms and by all means go have your hair blown!
Do me a favor please? Don't take a selfie on the cliff you're standing on. You might take a fall and get diagnosed with Wuhan Chinese Communist Corona Cold Virus.
