All of them? Nobody. That's the point. It's actually impossible to know for sure exactly how many people COVID19 has killed. That's the thing you guys don't seem to get. There is no right answer. They have to do the best they can to categorize these things.
We do know that the 6% is NOT the right answer. Having an underlying condition does not mean COVID19 didn't kill someone. It just means that they also had some other condition. We also know it's possible deaths are undercounted, which is what the quote from Brix is about.
Nobody is lying to you. It's just a fact that nobody can know exactly what the "right" number is. But you need to stop thinking that having a comorbidity means someone didn't die of COVID19.
