There is really no need for Biden or Harris to campaign. The media does all of the campaigning for them. Trump=Bad is their entire platform, and the media trumpets that 24/7. So why put in the effort? He can snooze in the basement and he’ll get the same amount of votes.

I have see a few Biden signs among the sea of Trump signs in my area, but there isn’t a single one that says “Biden/Harris” ... which makes me wonder if these are simply left over from the primary season.
