Reparations are against Christianity beliefs. Any Christian calling for Reparations needs to read their bible.

Maybe the American Indian Tribes could pony up their share of reparations since they had lots of slaves, mostly Hispanics and other tribe members. In the Indian Country (Oklahoma) the tribes even had black slaves and a slave rebellion.

The US almost precipitated another Indian war in the 1800s when they decided to enforce the 13th Amendment on the tribes that still had slaves.

And what about people such as Kamala, whose “Negro” ancestry is not American to start with?
What about the over 2 million black Africans who have immigrated to America in recent decades? Do they get reparations too?
The whole reparations shake down, will be hard to administer, and determine who really is entitled to anything.
Among other questions, would be, should middle class or wealthier black people really get reparations? How is that fair to anyone? What about the likes of Michael Jordan and LeBron James, who are wealthy beyond anyone’s wildest dreams? Clearly such people were not held back from high achievement by the alleged burden of slave ancestry.
Hispanics have achieved their own reparations with the “Reconquesta” that they have successfully implemented over the past forty years. BTW the reparations proposed by the lunatic, guilt ridden white liberals can only occur with the cooperation and agreement of Hispanic state legislators.
Where are my reparations? Who speaks for me?

It's because our liberal politicians kept increasing the taxes to pay for all the unsustainable programs their mal-educated (by government controlled schools) short-sighted voters didn't need, but wanted.

Every historical reference I have ever read indicates that slavery never existed and was not tolerated in California.
Ergo, California owes no reparations for slavery whatsoever.
It is also a fact that most of the proponents for reparations are (fairly) recent arrivals in California. Most African-Americans in California are there as a result of the "Second Great Migration" that began in 1940.
Therefore it should be incumbent upon any person seeking reparations for slavery to file a claim with their state of origin.

Barbara Lee - El Paso, Texas
Maxine Waters - St. Louis, Missouri
Willie Brown - Mineola, Texas

James B. Utt was a conservative Republican congressman from Orange County. His ancestor came to California with a slave. When they got there, the slave was no longer a slave.
There are millions of people who had nothing to with slavery in the USA- what about them?
This is a great way to discourage new immigrants, and perhaps enough to drive Americans to other countries.
