If you look at the still photo, the Bottom is not wearing shoes, so I think I figured out was going on. These are two sisters. You know this, because Mom and big brother had to come get them and break it up. Bottom was not wearing shoes on to the plane and Top told her she was being nasty. Bottom told Top she would know what nasty was because she invented nasty. First a shove, then a slap, then forearms and fists flying.
