The father of a 19-year-old who was shot in the Seattle Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP), has filed claims in excess of $3 billion against state and local governments, accusing them of allowing a state of lawlessness, according to reports.
Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr., 50, previously appeared on Hannity, claiming that police and Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkin had not provided him with any information since his son Horace Lorenzo Anderson Jr.s death on June 20.
"They need to come talk to me and somebody needs to come tell me something, because I still don't know nothing," an emotional Anderson told Sean Hannity. "Somebody needs to come to my house, and knock on my door and tell me something. I don't know nothing. All I know is my son got killed up there.
"They say, 'He's just a 19-year-old.' No, that's Horace Lorenzo Anderson [Jr.]. That's my son, and I loved him."

He needs to add The DNC, its a Corporation.
Yes!!
What exactly was his son doing there?
Are you hinting at personal responsibility, CL?
How about the city council, the mayor the governor, the F up and the tax payer pays for thier f up
His son was born slow with learning disabilities. He apparently went out with friends and they ended up in Chop.
That was my first thought.
They were fond of saying it was like a block party, but as far as I am concerned, unless his son had a business there he had to attend to, or they lived in the area, he had no business being there.
Well, if he was cutting through to go home or get to work, that’s one thing.
If he was there to support them, that’s another.
Of course, if he was there to loot, or on some other misadventure, well...no sense in shafting the taxpayers over it.
That was my first thought. If you attend these riots then dont be surprised if you wind up in a box.
Sue big pockets Soros.
Im not one for lawsuits but this one is warranted. He should personally sue the governor and mayor. I hope business and homeowners do the same. Its time these fools pay for their negligence
The father should sue the stupid friends who chose to invite or allow the 19 yr old with disabilities to go along with them to an area he had no business being in- did the friends do anything to help the kid? did they get hurt, did they run and leave him on his own?
Also I have to ask why dad or mom didn’t stop the kid from going out knowing stuff was happening in area.
Really, I have to ask why the mayor didnt stop a bunch of anarchists from setting up a no cop zone in the middle of their city.
Good luck to this father in his lawsuit.
Seattle shouldn’t have allowed a mob to control a section of the city with no police presence.
Then an ambulance might’ve made it to this man’s son in time.
Ya, sue the tax payers. In the end we’re the ones that are going to pay the bill.
Well, it doesn’t, and I didn’t say it does. I am all for suing all of them into oblivion.
That said, the only people who were in that area who are blameless are those who lived there, and those who had to do business there.
Anyone else in that area was one of three things: Stupid, up to no good, or allied with those up to no good which makes them up to no good.
Evidently his son was mentally slow and easily led. But still human. And of course the friends he went with must have been pillars of mental acumen because they decided to go to the most lawless part of town just to see what was up.
So there is fault on all sides. CHOP should never have been allowed to exist. The friends had some responsibility from taking a special needs young man to a lawless place. Maybe the father should have forbidden him to go, but a special needs kid should be able to have friends just like anyone else.
>>Ya, sue the tax payers. In the end were the ones that are going to pay the bill.<<
The cost of voting stupidly (not you personally but by definition the taxpayers in the area).
This is just yet another tax on people who vote for liberal people and policies.
