Chicago police have arrested and charged a man wanted or robbing and attacking an 85-year-old woman in a parking garage near the Magnificent Mile.
Tony Davis, 45, of Chicago, is now facing felony charges of aggravated battery of a victim over 60 and robbery stemming from the attack Tuesday morning.
Police say he grabbed the womans purse, threw her to the ground and dragged her a few feet before running off.
The woman suffered a head injury as a result.
Davis was arrested Friday when he was stopped for violating CTA rules.

“Also, will Kim Foxx prosecute?”
No...ankle monitor at worst and they don’t work in Chicago.
Give him a dog bowl on floor.
Such a man. Beat up a little 85 year old woman. His fellow inmates won’t be very impressed.
Hes probably out onelectronic monitoring already and the charges will be reduced to disorderly conduct when the heats off, unless he gets caught doing something else first.
Hew’ll probably get a high-up position in the chicongo mayor’s office.
So you are making excuses for him? How about he’s just a lazy piece of crap that thinks he has the right to take what he wants?
Oh hes definitely that.... but he DOES look like hes has an IQ of about 70
I will be amazed if we hear another word about his case or this piece of crap, (with apologies to pieces of crap).
We are not brutes. Tap him on the forehead with a humane killer.
