Chicago police have arrested and charged a man wanted or robbing and attacking an 85-year-old woman in a parking garage near the Magnificent Mile.
Tony Davis, 45, of Chicago, is now facing felony charges of aggravated battery of a victim over 60 and robbery stemming from the attack Tuesday morning.
Police say he grabbed the womans purse, threw her to the ground and dragged her a few feet before running off.
The woman suffered a head injury as a result.
Davis was arrested Friday when he was stopped for violating CTA rules.

Looks like a nice enough fella! ~ext sarc
What are CTA rules - Chicago Transit Authority rules, or something else?
You cannot convince me he is fully human or he has fetal alcohol syndrome.
How long before he out on bail or no bail is required? Also, will Kim Foxx prosecute?
“CTA rules” caught my eye, too.
Did he jump a turnstile? Do they care about that in Chicongo, even though they seem to have stopped caring in NYC?
The CPD still enforces racist CTA regulations, like fares? How racist! This is how Rudi and Bloombox kept NYC livable. Felons commit misdemeanors too. Often the cops will hit the jackpot on a misdemeanor arrest. Of course, DeBlasio put an end to that.
This is the kind of guy nobody in prison wants as a roommate.
That don’t sound like too good a deal to me then.
“How else he gone git he stuff?”
Reparations!
He likes to beat on old women, so cut his arms off, put him in a nursing home, and let him try to feed himself.
He’s 45. WOW.
Plenty of time for him to be a fully recovered, tax-paying adult from his (erased) juvenile offenses, and with no felonies nor convictions since, right?
SPJNK.
Pretty soon, BLM will riot over ANY arrest of ANY black person.
Guns verboten for the law abiding.
Strange, but there was no mention of ethnicity of either the perp or the vicim. That can only mean...
